摘  要:形态学观察及致病性比较结果表明 ,大青枣炭疽病由胶孢炭疽菌 (Colletotrichumgloeosporioides)侵染所致。该菌的菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成的温度范围分别为 10~ 34℃与 16~31℃ ,最适温度分别为 2 5~ 2 8℃与 2 8℃ ;菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成的pH值范围分别为 2~ 12与 3~ 11,最适pH值分别为 5~ 6与 4 ;菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成易受光环境影响 ;菌丝体生长对维生素的要求不严格 。The results based on morphological observations and pathogenetic comparisons indicated that the anthracnose of Indian jujube was caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides The temperatures most suitable for vegetative growth and conidiation of the pathogen were 25~28℃ and 28℃,respectively The fungus could grow in the media with a wide range of pH,varying from 2 to 12,frow which pH 5~6 and pH 4 were most fitting for vegetative growth and for conidiation,respectively Vegetative growth and conidiation of the pathogen were easily influenced by light environments No special requirement of bitamine(s) was recognized in vegetative growth of the pathogen,however,it was sensitve for conidiation of the fungus to some vitamins
