摘  要:目的:探讨雄激素在生殖调节中所起的作用。方法:采用2×2析因设计,观察睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)对体外培养的子宫内膜间质细胞生长与分化的调节以及激素问的相互影响。结果:睾酮刺激细胞增殖的同时也促进其分化,使细胞密度增大,漩涡状生长,细胞呈小多角形而产生 PRL。而 P+T促使梭形细胞生长,胞体变粗大,细胞分化成蜕膜细胞,PRL分泌明显增加,但蜕膜细胞很快脱落。结论:睾酮在子宫内膜间质细胞的蜕膜化过程中具有3重作用,它不仅能促进子宫内膜间质细胞分化成多角形细胞,同时还刺激其细胞分裂增生,并调节蜕膜细胞的凋亡。推测雄激素在体内与其它激素间的平衡调节对维持正常子宫内膜的生理功能及妊娠具有重要意义。Objective:To study the role of testosterone during human endometrial stromal cells differentiation. Methods: Human endometrial stromal cells (ESC) were cultured in the presence of testosterone(T) and progesterone(P). Following culture, the morphologic changes, prolactin(PRL) , and a biochemical marker of stromal cell differentiation (decidualization) whichwas produced by ESC, were examined. Results: Both P and T could induce ESC change morphologically from fibroblast-like stromal cells into polygonal cells and began to express specific protein PRL. T induced PRL production similarly with P induced PRL production. T in combination with P enhanced PRL production in cultured ESC significantly more than either P or T stimulation alone. Conclusion: These results indicate that in vitro PRL production by human ESC is induced not only by P, but also by androgens, and androgens play an important role in human endometrial differentiation.
