自然发情与超排山羊输卵管和子宫组织结构研究

摘　　要：本次实验以山羊为实验材料 ,以常规组织学切片技术为主要手段研究了以下几方面的内容 :①输卵管壶腹部上皮纤毛细胞在发情期最多 (6 .3个 / 5 0 μm) ,间情期最少 (3.9个 / 5 0 μm) ;分泌细胞则在间情期最多 (7.2个5 0 μm) ,发情期最少 (4.2个 / 5 0 μm) ;输卵管峡部上皮纤毛细胞的规律与壶腹部相似。②超排山羊发情期输卵管壶腹部上皮纤毛细胞的数量 (5 .3个 / 5 0 μm) ,少于自然发情山羊 (6 .3个 / 5 0 μm)。而分泌细胞则在发情期、发情后期均低于自然发情山羊。超排山羊输卵管峡部纤毛细胞数量与自然发期山羊相似 ,而分泌细胞在发情期以及发情后期均少于自然发情山羊。③子宫内膜腺数量在发情后期 (91.8个 /视野 )和间情期 (94 .9个 /视野 ) ,显著高于发情前期 (78.3个 /视野 )和发情期 (73.4个 /视野 ) (P <0 .0 5 )。In the present experiment, the following contents were studied in goats by means of histological methods:① The number of ciliated cells in the ampulla of the oviduct reached the maximum at the estrus( 6.3/50 μm)and the minimum at the diestrus(3.9/50μm),but the number of the secretory cells was the most numerous at the diestrus(7.2/50μm)and decreased to the minimum at the estrus(4.2/50μm).The changes of the ciliated and the secretory cells in the isthmus followed the same pattern as in the ampulla.②The number of the ciliated cells in the ampulla of the superovulated does at estrus(5.3/50μm)was less than that of the naturally cycling does(6.3/50μm),and the secretory cells in the former at both estrus and metestrus were also less numerous than in the latter. The number of the ciliated cells in the isthmus of the superovulated does was similar to that of the naturally cycling ones, but the secretory cells in this part of the oviduct were fewer in the superovulated does than those in the naturally cycling ones at estrus and metestrus.③ The number of the uterine glands at the metestrus(91.8 per field of vision)and the diestrus (94.9 per field of vision) was significantly(P<0.05) higher than that at the proestrus (78.3 pre field of vision) and the estrus(73.4 per field of vision)in the naturally cycling does.
