摘 要:对新西兰白兔、加利福尼亚兔、布列塔尼亚兔 (A系 )、齐卡兔 (G系 )、布列塔尼亚兔 (A系 ,♂ )×新西兰白兔 (♀ )、布列塔尼亚兔 (A系 ,♂ )×加利福尼亚兔 (♀ )、齐卡兔 (G系 ,♂ )×新西兰白兔 (♀ )、齐卡兔 (G系 ,♂ )×加利福尼亚兔 (♀ ) 10 0日龄血浆碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)、谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)活性 ,及其与10 0日龄体重、平均日增重和料重比的相关性进行了研究。结果表明 :齐卡兔 (G系 )、齐卡兔 (G系 ,♂ )×新西兰白兔 (♀ )、布列塔尼亚兔 (A系 )血浆AKP活性显著高于新西兰白兔、加利福尼亚兔、布列塔尼亚兔 (A系 ,♂ )×加利福尼亚兔 (♀ ) (P <0 .0 5 )。 8个品种 (或组合 )兔血浆GOT活性之间没有显著差异。加利福尼亚兔血浆GPT活性显著高于齐卡兔 (G系 ,♂ )×加利福尼亚兔 (♀ ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它 6个品种 (或组合 )兔之间差异不显著。 8个品种 (或组合 )兔血浆AKP活性与 10 0日龄体重、平均日增重均呈正相关 ,总相关系数均达极显著水平(P <0 .0 1) ,与料重比呈负相关 ,相关不显著。 8个品种 (或组合 )兔血浆GOT活性与 10 0日龄体重、平均日增重、料重比相关趋势不一致 ,总相关系数不显著。 8个品种 (或组合 )兔血浆GPT活性与 10 0日龄体重、平均日增重基本上呈负相关 ,?The relationshipes between activities of plasma alkaline phosphatase(AKP)?glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)?glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT)and production performance were studied in 100-day New Zealand ?Californian?ZIKA(G)?ELCO(A)?ZIKA(G,♂)×New Zealand(♀)?ZIKA(G,♂)×Californian(♀)?ELCO(A,♂)×New Zealand(♀)?ELCO(A,♂)×Californian(♀) rabbits were studied . The results showed that activities of plasma AKP in ZIKA(G)?ELCO(A) and ZIKA(G,♂)×New Zealand(♀) were significantly higher than that in New Zealand?Californian and ELCO(A,♂)×Californian(♀)(P<0.05).There were no significant different between activities of plasma GOT in eight breeds (or groups) (P>0.05).Activity of plasma GPT in Californian rabbits was significantly higher than that in ZIKA(G,♂)×Californian(♀),and there were no significant different between that in the others. There was significant positive correlation coefficient of total samples between activity of plasma AKP and 100-day weight(P<0.01).So was there between activity of plasma AKP and average daily gain. There was no significant negative correlation coefficient between activity of plasma AKP and ratio of feed to weight. There were no consistent correlations between activity of plasma GOT and 100-day weight?average daily gain?ratio of feed to weight. There were basically negative correlations between activity of plasma GPT and 100-day weight?average daily gain,and the total correlation coefficients were significant or more significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was no basically positive correlation between activity of plasma GPT and ratio of feed to weight,and the total correlation coefficient was no significant.
