摘 要:目的:探讨急性颅脑损伤患者脑脊液(CSF)中髓鞘碱蛋白(MBP)的变化及意义。方法:以同期非神经系统患者为对照,用放射免疫分析法测定62例急性颅脑损伤组患者CSF中MBP。结果:急性颅脑损伤组CSF中MBP明显高于对照组,急性弥漫性颅脑损伤(ADCI)组高于急性局灶性颅脑损伤(ALCI)组。ADCI组入院时GCS低于ALCI组,而GOS低于ALCI组。MBP与GCS、GOS均呈明显负相关。结论:急性颅脑损伤患者CSFMBP升高,测定CSF中MBP有助于判定急性颅脑损伤患者病情轻重及预后,有助于ADCI的诊断。Objective: To study the change of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) myelin basic protein (MBP) in patients with acute cranio-cerebral injury. Methods: CSF MBP was determined by radioimmunoassay in 62 patients with acute craniocerebral injury, and compared with that in non-neurological patients. Results: MBP level in acute craniocerebral injury was significantly higher than that in control group, and MBP level in acute diffuse craniocerebral injure (ADCI) was higher than that in acute local craniocerebral injury (ALCI). Glasgow coma scale (GCS) of ADCI was lower than that of ALCI, GOS of ADCI was lower than that of ALCI, and MBP level in acute craniocerebral injury was negatively correlated with GCS and GOS. Conclusion: The level of MBP in acute craniocerebral injury is higher than that in control group, and plays an important role in estimating prognosis and diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury.
