摘 要:以煤油为溶剂 ,汽油为萃取剂 ,采用冻胶纺丝 -超拉伸技术纺制了超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMW- PE)纤维 .综合分析了 UHMW- PE冻胶丝在后拉伸过程中结构和性能的变化 ,建立了三阶段结构发展模型 。An ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW PE) fiber was prepared by taking kerosene as a solvent,gasoline as an extractive agent,using gel spinning and ultra drawing technology.This paper comprehensively investigated the changes of the structure and properties of the kerosene system,gel spun UHMW PE fiber during the drawing process by means of mechanical property measurements etc.A three stage development model for the structure of the fiber is put forward which well interprets the relationship between the behavior and the structure of the fiber during drawing process.The effect of the numer of chain entanglements on the mechanical properties of the fiber is assessed using Fischer formula.
