Ⅱ型糖尿病患者对国产格列美脲胶囊的药物耐受性观察

摘　　要：目的　了解Ⅱ型糖尿病 (DM)患者对国产格列美脲胶囊的耐受程度。方法　 2 2例Ⅱ型DM自愿受试患者随机分为 6个剂量组 ,0 .5mg组 2例 ,1、2、4、6、8mg组各 4例。一次给药后观察 72h ,包括血糖、肝功、肾功、血象及不良反应。结果　 4例分别有乏力、腹胀、头痛、嗜睡等轻至中度不适反应 ,未经处理均自行缓解。一次服药后无过敏反应及肝肾功能等改变。结论　Ⅱ型DM患者对国产格列美脲胶囊有较好耐受性 ,最大服药量可达OBJECTIVE To investigate drug tolerance of domestic capsule glimepiride in type Ⅱ diabetic patients.METHODS 22 diabetic volunteers were divided into 6 different dosage groups randomizely,which were 2 patients for 0.5 mg group, the other group including 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 mg and 4 patients for each group. Every volunteer took one dosage glimepiride only once. The patients were observed for 72 h after the drug administration. The observatory parameters were blood glucose, liver and renal functions, blood routine test, and adverse events. RESULTS There were no allergic reactions and damage of liver or renal functions, no different blood routine changes. Only 4 patients had some symptoms after glimepiride administration, which including mild fatigue, abdominal distention, headache and somnia. All the symptoms disappeared spontaneouly 0.5～4 h later.CONCLUSION Type Ⅱ diabetic patients tolerated well to domestic Glimepiride capsule , the highest dosage might be 8 mg.
