摘  要:电弧故障是高压输电线路的多发故障 ,然而目前众多故障定位工频量算法多将故障过渡电阻视为线性定常电阻。本文借鉴其他学者对电弧的研究成果 ,建立了电弧的理想电压 -电流转移特性曲线和对应的电弧等效电路模型 ,提出了一种耦合双回高压输电线路故障测距单端信息短窗时域的新方法。此方法特点为 (1)考虑了故障边界的电弧放电实际 ;(2 )考虑了电流互感器饱和因素 ,短时窗可以小于半个周波 ,位置可以是故障起始时刻 ;(3 )不需要输入对端系统等值阻抗 ,解算中运用了最小二乘技术 ,从理论上保证了该测距算法具有较高的测距精度。大量数字试验表明 ,该方法正确 。Arcing fault has a high probability on HV transient resistance To date,the transient resistance is always assumed as allinear constant resistmce in the most of the locating algorithms.On the basis of the previous achievement in arc modeling,the paper describes an ideal voltage-current transform characteristic relationship and its equivalmt circuit representing for long arc,and then presents a novel short time-window method for locating arcing faults on coupled double-circuit HV transmission line using one-terminal voltage and current samples.The method proposed has the advantages as follows:(1)Arcing dischmpe is taken into account;(2)CT saturation is considered for short time-window,which can be chosen from the initial time of a fault,is less than half period;(3)Far-terminal equivalent impedance is not required.Moreover,the requirement of high accuracy fault location is ensured by using the least error squares method.A lot of digital simulation shows that the scheme is feasible. The method has been applied to Kunming electric netwok.
