摘　　要：针对水利投资经济效益的研究方法 ,以宏观经济理论为依据 ,建立了GDP的生产函数 ,采用弹性分析模型研究水利投资的经济效益 ,并以黄河流域为例 。Aiming at the research method of economic benefit for water project investment, a production function of GDP is established based on macro_economic theory. Elastic analysis model is used to research economic benefit for water project investment. A case study for Yellow River Basin is presented. The contribution of water project investment to increase of GDP and chance of job is quantitatively analyzed.
