摘　　要：针对西双版纳旅游在近几年出现增长趋缓的态势 ,认为其根本原因是旅游文化开发不利。在分析了西双版纳的旅游文化特质的基础上 ,指出了旅游文化开发中存在的问题 ,并提出几点文化对策 :注重文化创新 ,明确文化功能分区 ,改进现有的旅游线路 ,组建旅游文化研究与开发机构以及以名人文化扩大影响。In recent years tourism in Xishuangbanna increases slowly. The main reason is the unreasonable development of the local tour culture. Based on the analysis of the particularities of the tour culture in the region, such as green culture, minority culture, religion culture, the problems in its development are pointed out. Some measures for redevelopment of tourism are put forward, which include culture innovation, regional division of tour culture function, improvement of tour line, establishment of the institution for research and development of tour culture, and enhancement of the influence of dignitary culture, etc.
