摘　　要：海洋监测 (观测 )技术是海洋技术的主要组成部分。论述了我国海洋监测 (观测 )技术研究和开发(R& D)的总体目标 ,综述了近年来我国海洋监测技术研究和开发、特别是 86 3- 818海洋监测技术主题研究和开发的主要成就 ,预测了 2 1世纪初我国海洋监测 (观测 )技术的未来发展。Marine environment monitoring (observation) techno logy is main marine technolo gy component. This paper sets forth overall R&D objective of marine environment monitoring technology in China, and summarizes the main R&D achievements of mari ne environment monitoring technology in China, especially 863-818 Marine Environ ment Monitoring Technology Project. It also forecasts the future development of marine environment monitoring (observation) technology in China at the 21century beginning.
