摘　　要：工步排样是级进模设计的核心,智能化工步排样是冲模设计专家系统的主要研究内容。本文研究并提出了知识驱动的冲压件特征建模的基本思想,分析了智能化工步排样设计基本方法和特点,提出了基于知识的工步排样设计策略。Strip layout is the kernel in pro gressive die design and intelligent strip layout is the main con tent of stamping die expert system.The main idea for knowl edge-driven feature -based modeling of stamping part has been re searched and the design strategy for knowl edge -based strip layout design has been put forward with analysis on meth ods and its characteristics of intelligent strip layout de-sign.
