摘　　要：违宪审查模式主要分为美国模式和法国模式 ,进一步可以细分为立法机关审查模式、普通法院审查模式、宪法委员会审查模式和宪法法院审查模式。本文从规范研究的角度 ,探讨在各种违宪审查模式下 ,对国家权力以及权力机关的想象和观念问题。本文侧重于分析各种模式在议会主权观念、宪法的原初制定者观念、民主与自由 (共和 )观念、司法权观念四个方面特定的理解和实践。另外 ,本文还以各种模式的创始国为例 。The models of judicial review are classified into the American model and the French model, and are further divided into four other models. Focusing on the different understandings and practice of such ideas as the sovereignty of parliament, the founders of Constitution, democracy and freedom (republic)concept,and judicial power, this article discusses various models' imagination and theories about the state power and organs of state power from the perspective of normative study.
