摘  要:考察了以固载了γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅氧烷的硅胶中间体为原料制备水不溶性杀菌剂的最佳条件 :在二氧六环溶剂中 ,在室温下反应 48h以上。使用十二叔胺、十四叔胺、十六叔胺在最佳反应条件下都可制成对异养菌杀菌率在 90 %以上的产品。原料的比表面积越大、孔体积越小、平均孔径越小 ,合成产品的杀菌活性越高。对于相同型号、不同粒度的硅胶原料 ,粒度越小杀菌活性越高。The optimum conditions for preparation of insoluble bactericides with silica gels carried γ-chlopropyltrimethoxysilanes as material and dioxane as solvent were obtained. The reactin was at room temperature and the reaction time, over 48h. The products with bactericidal rate over 90% can be prepared with N,N-Dimethyldodecylamine, N,N-Dimethyltetradecylamine, N,N-Dimethylhexadecylamine at the optimum conditions. The result showed that the bactericidal activity of the sstudied products increased with the increases of specific surface area and the decreases of bore volume or average bore diameter. For the same silica gel material, the less the granularity is, the higher the bactericidal activity is.
