摘　　要：血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascularendothelialcellgrowthfactor,VEGF)是一种特殊作用于血管内皮细胞的丝裂原,在体内能诱导血管形成。为探讨VEGF与斑秃的关系,应用免疫组化的方法检测了VEGF在30例斑秃皮损中的表达和分布,以16例正常人头皮为对照。结果表明斑秃皮损中VEGF的表达明显低于正常对照。提示VEGF的表达下调可能与斑秃的发病有关。Vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)is a mitogen which acts specifically on vascular endothelial cell.It induces vascularization in vivo.To study the relationship between the VEGF and alopecia areata(AA),the skin lesions of 30 AA were observed with immunohistochemistry.Sixteen normal scalp specimens were taken as controls.The result showed that the expressions of VEGF in the AA groups were significantly lower than those in controls.It suggested that decreased VEGF expression may be associated with pathogenesis of AA.
