摘  要:目的 :观察三氯苯达唑治疗卫氏并殖吸虫童虫感染的疗效。方法 :从华溪蟹中分离卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴经口感染小白鼠 ,2周后用三氯苯达唑治疗 ,观察其减虫率 ,并用光学显微镜及扫描电镜观察虫体的形态结构变化。结果 :用药 [4mg/d·鼠× 3d时 ,减虫率 16 6 8%(P >0 0 5 ) ;8mg/d·鼠× 2d时 ,减虫率 38 31%(P <0 0 0 1) ]后所获得的虫体体壁表面及内部结构都已受到严重破坏。结论 :三氯苯达唑对卫氏并殖吸虫童虫有较好的杀虫效果。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of triclabendazole in mice infected with juvenile of Paragonimus westermani.Methods:Mice were infected metacercariae of Paragonimus westermani isolated from Huaxi crabs through mouth.Two weeks after infection,the infected mice were treated with triclabendazole.The worm reduction rate was assessed.The structural changes were observed with scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy .Results:The body wall and internal structure were damaged heavily.When the dosage was 4mg/d/mouse×3d,the worm reduction rate was 16.68%(P>0.05), 8mg/d/mouse×3d,38.31%(P<0.001).Conclusion:Triclabendazole is effective in the treatment of Paragonimus westermani juvenile infection.
