简论高校体育教师应具备的素质

摘　　要：本文作者通过调查等研究 ,分析得出这样一个结论 :2 1世纪初高校体育教师必须做到 :具备高尚的道德情操、较高的政治思想素质、广博的科学文化知识 ,掌握现代化教学手段 ,更新教学观念和教学方法 ,热爱学生 。By investigating and researching,the authors comes to a conclusion that the the college gym instructors in 21st century must have lofty moral sentiments,higher political mental quality,encyclopedical science knowledge,grasp moden teaching method,renovate teaching idea,love students and build strong physique.
