“西电东送”电源特点及对广东电力系统的影响浅析

摘　　要：为优化配置能源资源,推进西部大开发,根据“西电东送”战略步署,“十五”期间广东从西部受电10000MW。电源来自广西(天生桥电站1680MW)、贵州(4000MW)、云南(1600MW)、湖南(600MW)和湖北(三峡电力3000MW)。向广东送电的西电电源多为水电,具有送电规模大、季节性强、送电时序相对集中、送电距离远等特点。在分析“十五”期间向广东送电电源特点的基础上,就“西电东送”的新局面对广东电力系统的发展规划及生产运行的影响进行初步的分析和探讨。The project'Power from West to East'is the backbone and milestone project of west exploiting.In rder to achieve energy optimization and accelerate the project of west exploiting,the state council make a decision of transmitting power from western province to guangdong province,The total capacity will reach1000MW by the end of the10th five-year planning?The power source comes from guangxi province(1680MW of tian sheng qiao hydroelectric power station)and guizhou province(4000MW)and yunnan province(1600MW)and hunan province(600MW)and hubei province(3000MW of three-gorge hydroelectric power station).most of this pow er source are seasonal,The main characteristic of power source of project'Power from West to East'in cludes big capac ity and long dis tance and con-centrate on schedule.In this paper,based on analyzing the characteris tic of pow er source from west,The influ ence of the pro ject'Power from West to East'affecting on the planning and operation of guangdong power system is analyzed.
