白芥子脂肪酸成分的研究

摘　　要：目的 　研究白芥子的脂肪酸成分。方法 　采用 GC-MS联用技术分析白芥子 (Sinapis alba)乙醚提取物。结果 　从白芥子醚提物中鉴定了12种脂肪酸 ,它们分别是月桂酸 (0 .0 3 % )、豆蔻酸 (0 .2 4% )、十五烷酸 (0 .0 9% )、棕榈油酸 (1.43 % )、棕榈酸 (6.5 1% )、亚油酸 (3 4.80 % )、硬脂酸(2 .67% )、α-亚麻酸 (13 .0 1% )、油酸 (11.9% )、十九烷酸 (1.46% )、花生酸 (1.40 % )、芥酸 (2 1.5 1% )。OBJECTIVE To study the content of fatty acids in seeds of Sinapis alba.METHODS The GC MS technique was used to analyze the content of fatty acids in seeds of Sinapis alba.RESULTS The 12 kinds of fatty acids were determined,they includes lauric acid(0 03%)?myristic acid(0 24%)?pentadecanoic acid(0 09%)?palmitoleic acid(1 43%)?palmitic acid(6 51%)?linoleic acid(34 80%)?stearic acid(2 67%)?α linoleic acid(13 01%)?oleic acid(11 9%)?Nonadecanoic acid(1 46%)?arachidic acid(1 40%)?erucic acid(21 51%).
