白芥子β-谷甾醇的分离与测定

摘　　要：目的 　研究白芥子β-谷甾醇的分离与测定。方法 　采用多级分步结晶法分离白芥子β-谷甾醇 ,采用 HPLC(外标法 )测定其纯度。结果 　白芥子醚提物中β-谷甾醇含量为 0 .13 % ,白芥子β-谷甾醇粗品的纯度为 68.93 % ,白芥子β-谷甾醇精制品的纯度为 86.0 4%。结论 　本文所用于分离测定白芥子β-谷甾醇的方法具有简便、快速的优点 。OBJECTIVE To study the separation and determination of β sitosterol in seeds of Brassica alba.METHODS Multilevel fractional crystallization was used to separate β sitosterol from seeds of Brassica alba,and HPLC methed was used to determine the purity of β sitosterol.RESULTS The content of β sitosterol in ether extract of seeds of Brassica alba is 0 13%.the purity of crude β sitosterol is 68 93%.the purity of refined β sitosterol is 86 04%.CONCLUSION The methods are simple and rapid,they may serve as the reference for the separation and determination of β sitosterol.
