吸食阿片类毒品对下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴功能影响及与中医肾阳虚相关关系研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究吸食阿片类毒品对人体下丘脑 垂体 靶腺轴功能影响及与中医肾虚相关关系。方法 :应用酶免法检测黄体生成素(LH)、滤泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离T3(FT3)、游离T4(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)的含量。进行戒断肾阳虚损症状积分评定。结果 :17例吸毒者外周血检测LH、FSH、T明显低于健康人(P<0 001;P<0 01;P<0 05) ;其余各项指标虽有不同程度的改变 ,但无统计学意义(P>0 05)。戒断症状肾阳虚损积分评定 ,17例都有典型肾阳虚损症状。结论 :吸毒者下丘脑 垂体 靶腺轴功能障碍。提示吸食阿片类毒品可严重损害垂体 性腺及垂体 甲状腺功能 ,毒品损伤肾经 。Aim:To study the influence of hypo pituitary gonad and hypo pituitary thyroid axis on the drug addicts.Methods:Gonad functions(including FSH?LH and T)and thyroid functions(including T3?T4?FT3?FT4 and TSH) were observed to valuate the gonad and thyroid functions in the drug addicts.Results:The values of LH?FSH and T in the drug addicts were significantly lower than that in normal people (P<0 001,P<0 01,P<0 05);but the other data had no significantly difference from normal people(P>0 05).Conclusion:The drug addicts' gonad function was lower than that in normal people.
