摘 要:目的:建立国外常用的啮齿类动物颈部异位心脏移植的标准术式 ,用于移植免疫、病理、生化和器官保存等方面的实验研究。方法 :供体的无名动脉和肺动脉分别与受体的颈总动脉和颈外静脉端端吻合。结果:手术15 0次 ,手术成功率 90 %。结论:颈部异位心脏移植术一定程度上克服了腹腔内异位心脏移植术的局限性 ,并有其自身特别的应用价值。Objective: Establishment of standard cervical heart transplantation in rodents was widely used abroad,which commonly applied for immune transplant? pathology? biochemistry and organ reserve study. Methods: Donor cardiac arteries of innominate and pulmonary artery were anastomosed with the right common carotid artery and the external jugular vein of the recipient respectively by using end to end anastomosis under the microscopy. Result: Formal microsurgical experiment was performed in rats for 150 times with the survival rate of 90%. Conclusions: Some limitations in abdominal heart transplantation have been overcome by using the cervical model, especially for some specific application. It could be widely applied for experimental organ transplatation in China.
