摘　　要：目的 :评价脊髓血管畸形数字减影血管造影 (DSA)诊断的临床意义。 方法 :15例患者均行选择性脊髓血管造影。结果:5例血管造影未见异常 ,9例脊髓血管畸形 ,1例脊髓前动脉降支中断。结论Objective: To assess the clinical significance of DSA in vascular malformation of the spinal cord. Methods: 15 patients were examined by the selective vascular angiography of the spinal cord successfully. Results: Five patients were normal, nine patients showed to have vascular malformation of the spinal cord. The anterior spinal artery was interrupted in 1 patient. Conclusion: DSA offers important significance in the diagnosis of vascular malformation of the spinal cord.
