摘  要:目的 :研究黄芪皂甙对小鼠脾细胞抗瘤活性的影响。方法 :从蒙古黄芪中提取黄芪皂甙 (AS) ,在小鼠脾细胞培养过程中 ,分别或同时添加不同剂量的AS ,PHA和ConA、rIL - 2 ,测定小鼠脾细胞活性及其抗瘤活性。结果 :AS对小鼠脾细胞活性有刺激作用且呈剂量依赖性 ;AS可以增强亚适剂量ConA对脾细胞的刺激作用并且能增强PHA或ConA诱导的脾细胞的抗瘤活性。单独使用AS不能明显诱导出细胞毒性 ,当与rIL - 2联合使用时 ,AS可以增加小鼠脾细胞细胞毒性。结论 :AS具有刺激脾细胞活性以及增强PHA或ConA诱导的脾细胞抗瘤活性的作用 ;可以显著地增强小剂量rIL - 2诱导的小鼠脾细胞的细胞毒性。Objective: The effects of Astragalus saponin(AS) on antitumor activity of mice splenocytes was studied. Methods: The AS in this study was extracted form the root of Astragalus mongolicus. The AS, PHA, ConA and rIL-2 of variant dose added to the culture medium of cultured mice splenocytes respectively or simultaneously. The mice splenocytes activity and antitumor activity was measured by MTT assay. Results: The effects of AS on splenocytes activity had does-dependent accumulation. The AS improved stimulative splenocytes activity of subadaptive does ConA and antitumor activity of splenocytes induced by PHA and ConA. AS combined with rIL-2 augmented mice spleen cell cytotoxicity. Conclusion: The AS may play a role in stimulating splenocytes activity and in improving antitumor activity of mice splenocytes induced by PHA and ConA, and augmented significantly mice spleen cell cytotoxicity induced by a small dose rIL-2.
