摘　　要：目的 :探讨 2 4h内新生儿整形手术的可行性及优点。方法 :对 1993年 6月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月 ,共 12例 2 4h内新生儿整形手术的情况的分析。结果 :12例患儿伤口均I期愈合 ,术后疤痕不明显 ,疗效满意。结论 :2 4h内新生儿整形手术是切实可行的 ,可以选择性应用。Objective: To investigate the feasibility and advantage of plastic operations of newborn in 24hrs. Methods: To study the operations of 12 newborns in 24hrs from June 1993 to Dec 2001. Results: All newborn patients got satisfactory results. Conclusion: The plastic operation of newborn in 24hrs is feasible, it could be selectively used.
