摘 要:目的 探讨失血性休克对脾脏细胞因子生成的影响及氧合液复苏的调节作用。方法 取失血性休克家犬动静脉血及脾组织匀浆放免法测定肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和白细胞介素 6(IL 6)水平。结果 休克后动脉及脾静脉血浆中TNF和IL 6水平明显降低 ,休克复苏后动静脉血浆中TNF和IL 6水平均明显升高 ,休克脾组织中TNF和IL 6水平明显增高 ,休克复苏后脾组织中TNF和IL 6水平进一步增高。结论 失血性休克可影响TNF和IL 6的生成和释放 。Objective To investigate the effect of hemorrhagic shock on the productions of the cytokines and protective effect of oxygenated solution resuscitation. Methods The dogs were inflicted to establish hemorrhagic shock model. The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin 6 (IL 6) contents of arterial plasma and spleen venous plasma as well as spleen tissues in dogs were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma TNF and IL 6 contents in arteries and spleen veins after shock was obvious reduced, but after shock resuscitation, the plasma TNF and IL 6 contents in arteries and spleen veins were obvious increased. The TNF and IL 6 contents in tye spleen tissue after shock were increased significantly, the TNF and IL 6 level in spleen tissue after shock resuscitation not only had no reduce but further increased. Conclusion The hemorrhagic shock may lead to the reduce of spleen functions, and further affect the production and release of TNF and IL 6 in spleen tissue. Oxygenated solution resuscitation can revive the immunodepression to some extents after shock.
