摘  要:30名志愿受试者分别以最大等长收缩力的 60 % (第 1周 )和 80 % (第 2周 )完成连续 2周上臂屈肌离心收缩训练 ,随机分成中药内服、外用和对照组进行治疗和处理 ,分别在第 1、3、7和1 4天进行红细胞、白细胞总数、中性白细胞、血红蛋白等血常规指标、IL-1 β和IL -2的免疫学指标以及β-EP的神经肽激素指标检查。结果显示 :血常规指标除白细胞总数训练后有轻度升高外 ,其余变化不明显 ;IL-1 β、IL -2和β-EP在训练后 3天有升高 ,7、1 4天则出现下降。内服、外用中药对上述指标无明显影响。Thirty volunteers were divided into three groups:internal TCM, external TCM and control. The red blood cell, the sum total of white blood cell, neutral white blood cell, hemoglobin, IL-β, IL-2 and β-EP were observed at the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after continuing 2-week eccentric training of upper arm flexor muscle with 60% and 80% of max isometric contraction, respectively . The results showed that the total of white blood cell elevated slightly after training, IL-β, IL-2 and β-EP increased after 3-day training and descended after 7-and 14-day training significantly. The internal and external TCM had no obviously effects on the parameters oberserved.
