单纯冠脉内切割球囊术后低分子肝素钙的应用

摘　　要：目的 :评价低分子肝素钙在切割球囊术中的有效性与安全性。方法 :5 5例不稳定性心绞痛和心肌梗塞病人作了切割球囊术 ,其中支架内再狭窄 9例 ,分叉处病变 11例 ,小血管病变 31例 ,多支病变切割球囊 4例 ,术后使用了低分子肝素钙抗凝 ,0 .4ml每日 2次 ,腹部皮下注射。结果 :全部手术取得了成功 ,无死亡病例 ,也无急性冠脉闭塞发生。结论 :低分子肝素钙是切割球囊术后一种安全有效的抗凝药物。OBJECTIVE:The purpose of the study was to observe the efficacy and complication of the use of Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) in cutting balloon coronary angioplasty. METHOD:Fifty five patients underwent the procedure of cutting Balloon angioplasty, nine cases were intra stent restenosis, eleven cases were bifurcation lesion, thirty one cases were small vessel lesion, and four cases were multiple vessel lesion. LMWH were used for 6 hours after the sheathes were pulled out, at the dose of 0.4 ml, twice a day. RESULTS:All the procedures were successful, no death, no acute occlusion was found.CONCLUSION:LMWH is safe?effective in the patients undergoing cutting balloon angioplasty.
