摘  要:目的 :探讨一种观察耳蜗听毛细胞病理改变的耳蜗铺片与酶组织化学检查技术。方法 :采用改良全耳蜗基底膜硬铺片术 ,以琥珀酸脱氢酶 (succinicdehydrogenase,SDH)染色法 ,观察正常豚鼠和噪声性听力损伤豚鼠耳蜗听毛细胞SDH的活性变化。结果 :在光镜下可清晰地观察到听毛细胞SDH的活性变化程度。结论 :该方法操作较为简便、快速 。Objective: To modify the technique of surface preparation of cochlea and staining for hair cell examination. Methods: Use histochemical staining to observe succinic dehydrogenase activity in modified surface preparation of the whole cochlear basilar membrane and to observe the changes of the SDH activities in hair cells of normal and acoustic trauma in guinea pigs. Results: The SDH activities within hair cells can be clearly observed by microscopic examination. Conclusion: The whole cochlear basilar membrance after histochemical staining for hair cell examination can entirely be attained using this easier method.
