摘 要:通过对某城市水源水、自来水及经不同组合工艺净化水Ames试验结果与主要有机污染指标的对应关系分析,发现诱发回变指数MA(TA98)主要与总有机碳有关。在此基础上进一步研究了几种常见有机微污染物与MA的关系。其研究成果对于认识饮用水致突变性,改进饮水深度处理工艺,提高饮水水质均具有指导作用。An investigation was conducted which is based on the Ames'test mutagenic effect and main organic pollutants for water samples containing different contents of organic pollutants, including source waters, tap waters and their purified waters using different combination treatment techniques. The results show that the mutagenic effect index MA ( TA 98) has a positive relationship with total organic carbon (TOC) for the water samples. On the basis of this, further discussion was made on the relationship between the MA index and the content of polyarmatic, pesticide, and phenol from the water samples. This paper has given us recognition on drinking water mutagenic effect, and helps improve deep treatment techniques for obtaining high quantity drinking water.
