重组合异种骨修复兔尺骨缺损的研究

摘　　要：经手术造成兔尺骨骨缺损 ,缺损区植入重组合异种骨 ,通过 X线、大体解剖学及组织学检查观察修复过程来研究重组合异种骨修复骨缺损的效果 .结果是植入的重组合异种骨与受骨床充分整合并完全修复骨缺损 .说明此重组合异种骨为一理想的自体骨替代物 .In this paper the effect of reconstituted heterogeneous bone on bone defect repair has been investigated,in which experimental rabbit ulnar bone defects were treated with composite reconstituted heterogeneous bone grafting.Changes of the bone defects were observed with X ray,with the result that the implanted materials were incorporated with the accepting bed and bone defects were thoroughly repaired.Therefore the experiment has concluded that reconstituted heterogeneous bone grafting material is a good autologous bone substitute.
