摘　　要：提出生态区域指标体系构成的原则、方法及指标体系框架 .框架由资源环境、生态功能和人类干预三大系统相关指标构成 .指标体现人在环境资源循环发展中的主体因素和驾驭作用 .区域可据此选择有关的、尤其是具有区域生态特点和管理特点的生态因子 ,建立起适合本区域的评价指标体系 .The authors put forward the principle and the method of the construction of target system in ecological regions and its frame work. The frame work consists of the related targets of three main systems, including environmental resources, ecological function and human interventions. The target shows that human is the key factor and plays a dominant role in the cyclic development of environmental resources. According to this, regions can choose relevant ecological factors , especially the ones characteristic of their regional ecology and administration, to establish and evaluate the target systems in ecological regions.
