摘　　要：IP地址盗用是校园网管理中一个迄待解决的问题 ,它严重影响了合法用户的权益 ,影响了网络正常的运行秩序。针对IP盗用的原理 ,在现有的防范IP盗用方法的基础上 ,设计出了一有效地防范IP盗用的管理系统。它结合了网络设备的管理功能和路由隔离中的静态路由技术 ,通过MAC地址的端口绑定和IP -MAC地址绑定实现了对IP地址盗用的有效管理 ,很好解决了这一困扰网络管理员的管理问题。The IP address embezzlement is a problem to be solved in the campus network management. It seriously affects the profits of the network legal users and the normal operation of the network. According to the principle against the IP address embezzlement, an effective management system is designed based on some present methods. Combining some of the network equipments' management functions and the static routing technology, this system uses the MAC-port attachment and IP-MAC attachment to realize the effective management of IP address embezzlement. Thus the problem puzzling the management for a long time is well solved.
