轮虫有性生殖的研究

摘　　要：比较全面地概括了近年来国内外对轮虫有性生殖研究的最新进展,重点介绍影响轮虫混交雌体产生的外源性因素和内源性因素。影响轮虫混交雌体产生的外源性因素主要有种群密度,光照周期,食物情况,生育酚,培养液的温度、盐度、pH值,内源性因素主要有遗传因素。Update advances on sexual reproduction of rotifer at home and aboard were comprehensively summarized.At the same time,the author laid special stress on introducing endogenous factors (including population density,photoperiod,food,totaxin and temperature,salinity,pH of culture solution)and enxogenous factors(such as genetic factor,maternal age,accumulation generation number of apomixia and so on) of producing mictic female of rotifer.
