HT-10高温屏蔽暂堵剂研制与应用

摘　　要：筛选出水不溶而油溶的两种颗粒材料HP 15和TB 1,根据地层孔隙直径 1/ 2～ 1/ 3两颗粒和三颗粒架桥原理确定其粒径分布 ,借助悬浮剂制成了浓缩悬浮液 (使用时稀释至要求浓度 ) ,供高温油藏井下作业前对地层进行蔽屏暂堵 ,防止伤害。该屏蔽暂堵剂 (HP 10 )在 140℃对不同渗透率人造岩心的水相暂堵率Dw 为 96 .5 %～ 99.8% ,煤油解堵率 (油相渗透率恢复率 )Ho 为 95 .3%～ 97.2 % ;对天然岩心砂充填模型的水相 (埕岛油田地层水 )暂堵率Dw 为 96 .1%和 97.8% ,原油解堵率Ho 为 93.3%和 94.6 %。在 0 .1～ 2 .0MPa范围内逐步加大HP 10注入压力 ,140℃下人造岩心的水相 (盐水 )暂堵率Dw 逐步增大 (82 .6 %→ 10 0 % ) ,煤油解堵后水相渗透率恢复率Hw 逐步减小 (98.1%→ 93.3% )。该剂在胜利渤南高温油田已成功用于 8口井洗井、压井、检泵等作业前的油层屏蔽暂堵 ,简介了施工工艺和Two oil-soluble and water-insoluble particulated materials, HP-15 and TB-1, are selected out and their size distribution needed is established on the basis of the concept of bridging plug formation in pores by two or three particles of 1/2～1/3 pore diameter. With the help of a dispersant a concentrated suspension in water of HP-15 and TB-1 is prepared (to be diluted to specified concentration for application) to temporarily plugging and protect from being damaged the pay layers of high temperature. On artificial cores of various permeability at 140℃ the temporarily plugging rate, D w, by HP-10 for salt water of TSD=8.0×10 4 mg/L accounts 96.5-99.8%, plug removing rate, H o, by kerosene (oil phase permeability recovery rate) - 95.3 - 97.2%; on reservoir sand packs at 140℃ the D w value for Chengdao formation water -96.1 - 97.8% and the H o value for Chengdao crude oil - 93.3 - 94.6%. With increasing HT-10 injection pressure from 0.1 to 2.0 MPa, the D w value of artificial cores at 140℃ by the salt water increases from 82.6% to 100% and the H w value (water phase permeability recovery rate after plug removal by kerosene) decreases from 98.1% to 93.3%. HP-10 has been used successfully 8 well-times in well washing and controlling, pump repair and other downhole jobs. The technologic procedure and good results of a pump repair job is presented briefly.
