摘 要:QJ 99是针对中原文东油田气举井不动管柱酸化 ,解除油井近井地带组成复杂的混合污染物堵塞而开发的 ,其组成如下 :前置酸 (HCl+H3 PO4 +缓蚀剂 +多功能添加剂 +水 ) ;主体酸 (HCl +NHO3 (固 ) +HF +缓蚀剂 +多功能添加剂 +水 ) ;后置液 (稳定剂 +发泡剂 +水 )。室内性能评价表明 :酸化解堵剂与天然岩心之间的反应 ,80℃下在 2h内可大体完成 ;由于加入了一种含氟表面活性剂 ,该剂各组成部分的表面张力 (~ 2 2mN/m)和界面张力(0 .5mN/m)均很低 ;前置酸和主体酸以及乏酸在 6 0~ 140℃下的腐蚀性低 ,可以满足施工工艺要求 ;前置酸和主体酸与原油混合时 ,破乳迅速而完全 ,不生成酸渣 ;在 7块天然岩心上用Q 99进行了岩心流动实验 ,实验岩心的渗透率增加到原值的 2 .8~ 6 .6倍。现场QJ 99酸化解堵作业共完成 6 6井次 ,处理半径 1~ 1.5m ,施工成功率10 0 % ,有效率 90 %。An acidizing fluid, QJ-99, is developed for production tubing acidization operations in gas lift wells at Wendong, Zhongyuan, for removing the blockages created by mixed complicated contaminants in near bore zones. The fluid composed of a pad (HCl+H 3PO 4+corrosion inhibitor+multifunctional additive+water), a main slug (HCl+HNO 3(solid)+HF+corrosion inhibitor+multifunctional additive+water), and a post pad (stabilizer+foaming agent+water). In laboratory performance evaluations it is found that the reaction between the fluid and the reservoir cores at 80℃ is nearly completed in 2 hrs; the surface tension (~22 mN/m) and the interfacial tension (0.5 mN/m) with the crude are low for the pad, main acid, and post pad fluids owing to a F-containing surfactant added; the corrosivity of the pad and main acid fluids and spent acids at temperatures 60-140℃ is low as to satisfy the technologic requirements; both the pad and main acid fluids have good anti-emulsification ability and create no acid sludge with the crude; in the flow experiments on 7 reservoir cores with QJ-99, an increase in permeability by 2.8-6.6 times is observed. The field acidizing operations with QJ-99 (treating radii 1-1.5 m) 66 well-times are performed with successfulness of 100% and effectiveness of 90%.
