摘 要:在室内实验研究的基础上提出了处理渤南油田结垢性含油污水的方法。在 45~ 5 0℃下在渤南首站污水中依次加入以活性Ca(OH) 2 为主要成分的助凝剂CH 2和等量PAC、PAM组成的复合絮凝剂JPM 1,短时间搅拌后静置沉降 5 0~ 6 0min ,上清水经砂滤后清澈透明 ,浊度 <0 .5NTU ,pH值上升至 8.0~ 8.5 ,各项水质测定值 (含油量 ,悬浮物 ,腐蚀速率 ,粒度中值 ,SRB和TGB菌数 )均符合石油天然气行业标准的A3级指标。CH 2加量为 2 80~ 40 0mg/L ,JPM 1加量为 15 0~ 2 0 0mg/L ,随污水含油量 (39~ 112mg/L)增加而增加。未处理污水失钙镁率为 17.7% ,有结垢性 ,处理后水及其与未处理水的 2∶3和 3∶2混合水失钙镁率 <1% ,无结垢性。此方法工艺简单 ,可利用原有设备 。A method of treating oily produced water of Bonan, Shengli, is suggested on the basis of a laboratory experimental study. A coagulant aid, CH-2, composed mainly of activated Ca(OH) 2, and a combinational coagulant (PAC+PAM in equal ratio), JPM-1, are introduced into oily wastewater from Bonan head gathering/treating plant at 45-50℃ and the water is let to sedimentate for 50-60 min, the upper cleared water is flown through a sand pack filter and clear and transparent water is obtained with turbidness <0.5 NTU and pH 8.0-8.5. This water is qualified to meet all the requirements of grade A3 in oil/gas trade Standard for injection water (oil content, suspended solid, medium particle size, corrosion rate, and population of bacteria SRB and TGB). The use level is of 280-400 mg/L for CH-2 and 150-200 mg/L for JPM-1, being higher when the oil content of the wastewater (in range 39-112 mg/L) is higher. The original produced water from the head plant is scale forming with Ca+Mg loss rate 17.7%. The purified produced water and its mixture with the original water in volume ratio 2∶3 and 3∶2 show no scaling tendency (Ca+Mg loss rate <1%). The suggested produced water treating method is technologically simple, can be applied to the present plant installations and is economically beneficial.
