摘 要:中原油田将新研制的耐温 (90℃ )、耐矿化度 (1.6× 10 5mg/L)的丙烯酰胺三元共聚物中试胶状体产品用于小规模矿场驱油试验 ,发现现场配制的溶液粘度较中试初期产品溶液粘度室内测定值下降 6 9%。探讨了引起粘度损失的原因 ,结果如下。①产品质量低且不稳定 :现场试验期间所用产品的溶液粘度比中试初期产品下降 2 9% ,同一批次产品溶液粘度相差 44 % ,不同批次产品溶液粘度相差 5 9%。②造粒机结构不合理 ,运行参数欠当 ,造成溶液粘度损失最大达 2 2 .8%。③螺杆泵输送中粘度损失仅 1.7%。④注聚泵剪切造成粘度损失 4% (规定要求 <5 % )。大庆油田早期 (1972 ) ,胜利油田近期 (1998~ 2 0 0 1)曾在现场驱油试验中使用胶状体HPAM ,效果均欠佳。A newly developed heat resistant (90℃) and salts tolerant (TDC≤1.6×10 5 mg/L) terpolymer of acrylamide is put into enlarged experiments of synthesis in small batches as solid gel and used in a pilot polymer flooding trial at Zhongyuan. It is observed in the flooding trial that the viscosity of solution prepared at the site is lower by 69% than that determined in laboratory (η 0) for first experimental tercopolymer samples. The reasons of viscosity loss (VL) are investigated and following results are obtained. ①Low and unstable quality of gelled tercopolymer (GTP): the solution viscosity (SV) of GTP used in the field trial is lower by 29% than η 0, the divergence of SV of GTP is of 44% in the same batch and of 58% among batches. ② Improper granulator construction and operational parameters causing VL up to 22.8%; ③ VL in screw pump transport is low, 1.7% only. ④ VL owing to pumping shear is normal, 4% (specified value <5%). Early in Daqing (1972) and recenlty in Shengli (1998-2001) gelled polymer HPAM was used in field polymer flooding trials with unsatisfactory results. Polymers of high and steady quality and qualified apparatus for solution preparation should be tacken for polymer flooding projects.
