摘  要:采用发散合成法以乙二胺为核、甲醇为溶剂 ,交替与丙烯酸甲酯和乙二胺反应 ,在适宜的工艺条件下合成了支化代为 1 0~ 3 0的聚酰胺 胺型树枝状高分子 (PAMAM)系列。采用IR和端基分析对PAMAM的结构进行了表征 ,同时采用O/W型的模拟原油乳液评价了PAMAM的破乳性能。结果表明 ,该新型破乳剂与常规破乳剂不同 ,它能迅速地脱出乳液中的油相。 1 0~ 3 0支化代的PAMAM均具有一定的破乳效果 ,其中 3 0代PAMAM在 5 0℃、添加量为 10 0mg/l时 ,能够使含油 5 %的O/W型模拟原油乳液的脱水率达到 92 %。A series of 1.0-3.0 G polyamidoamine (PAMAM) were synthesized with divergent method under suitable conditions with ethylenediamine as core and methanol as solvent reacting alternatively with methyl acrylate and ethylenediamine. The structure of PAMAM were characterized by IR and terminal analysis and the demulsification of PAMAM has been investigated by using the simulated O/W emulsion . The results showed that the oil phase could be separated rapidly from the emulsion and it was different from the conventional demulsifier. All the 1.0-3.0 G PAMAM can produce some effect on the emulsion. When the temperature was 50°C and the 3.0 G PAMAM concentration was 100 mg/l, the dehydration rate of the simulated 5% O/W emulsion has reached 92%.
