摘　　要：从生产力发展的角度,阐述了落实“三个代表”与坚持发展与创新的关系。认为落实“三个代表”,就必须坚持发展、创新。Directed at the productivity, the relationship between the carrying out of “the Three Representatives” and the insistence on development and innovation was discussed in this article. A conclusion was drawn that development and innovation must be insisted on so as to carry out the policy of “the Three Representatives”.
