摘　　要：叙述了三块离轴量为140mm,表面波差≤λ/10离轴抛物面镜的磨制工艺及工艺参数,并对此工艺进行讨论。In the paper, the grinding technology of three off-axis parabolic mirrors with off-axis magnitude of 140 mm and surface wave difference≤λ/10 and their technology parameters are bescribed, and a discussion on the technology is carried out.
