摘　　要：加快苏中发展 ,对于提升苏中经济实力 ,促进全省初步实现现代化 ,意义十分重大。苏中经济发展速度虽一度减缓 ,但仍具有一定的优势。针对苏中自身发展动力不足的现状 ,必须“以外促内 ,以内引外” ,大力引进外资、台资、民资和智力 ,主动接受上海、苏南的辐射和转移 ,同时进行存量结构调整 ,提升整体水平 ,实现跨越式发展。It is of great importance to promote the development of the central region of Jiangsu Province.It will not only upgrade the economic strength of this region,but also boost the preliminary modernization of the entire province.Although the economic advance of this region has been reduced for some time,it still maintains considerable advantages.Since this region lacks internal driving force,it ought to adopt the policy of drawing resources and impetus from outside'.Therefore great efforts should be made to introduce the investment from abroad,Taiwan and common civilians,and to bring in the talents and advanced technology.Initiative should also be taken to absorb the economic radiation and transfer from Shanghai and the southern region of Jiangsu Province.Meanwhile the present economic structure must be adjusted to uplift general standard and realize the great strides of economy.
