摘　　要：1905年以后,清朝政府多次派出官员到东南亚地区考察华侨商务。对此,荷兰殖民者设置重重障碍。清朝政府办实业需要资金,因而提出要保护华侨。而清廷把官员和军舰派到东南亚去“抚慰”华侨的时候,念念不忘要利用一切机会同革命派争夺群众,美其名曰使华侨“不致为邪说所惑”,目的是阻止广大华侨对革命派的支持。After 1905, for many times the government of the Qing Dynasty sent officials to Southeast Asia to inspect commercial affairs of overseas Chinese there. But Holland's colonial governors tried to stop it. The Chinese government declared to protect overseas Chinese when it needed new investments to set up enterprises. It sent officials and naval ships to 'console' the overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia and tried its best to keep them from the revolutionary propaganda.
