企业国际股权融资与国内产业保护

摘　　要：我国企业国际股权融资中 ,存在着外资企业对国内市场的占领与国内品牌保护、外商对合资企业的控股、产业安全与“民族工业”保护等问题 ,对此进行探讨 ,可以澄清误解 ,为我国进一步对外开放和有效利用外资 (特别是更好地通过股权融资形式利用外资 )提供理论支持。In our country there exist problems in the circulation of funds of interational stockholder's rights in businesses,such as occupation of the domestic markets by foreign capital-based businesses and protection of well-known brands at home,foreign merchants as shareholders in jointly operated ventures and protection of'national industry',etc..An investigation and study of these problem may furnish our nation with an effective way to be further open to foreigners and to absorb foreign capital,especially with a theoretic support for making use of foreign capital in the form of circulation of funds of stockholder's rights.
