摘　　要：提出了基于敏捷制造思想的新产品开发模式 ,即建立新产品开发联盟 ,企业联合开发新产品 ,共同承担风险 ,分享利润·并根据这种开发模式 ,建立了敏捷企业的新产品开发活动选择的优化模型 ,目标是资源约束下企业产品开发收益期望最大化 ,通过带有禁忌搜索智能算法 ,求得问题的整个非劣解集合 ,并进行了仿真计算 ,结果证明了算法的有效性·The dynamic alliance mode of new product developing was proposed. The enterprise alliance shares the risk and profit for developing new products. According to this developing mode,the optimization mode of new product activity selection was proposed. The optimization objective is to maximize the profit. By using tabu search algorithm approach,the whole set of pareto or near pareto solutions was found.
