摘  要:CREM法半连铸 70 75铝合金过程中 ,对不同强度低频交变电磁场作用下 ,液穴形状 ,即熔体弯液面形状、熔体与结晶器接触高度、初凝壳形成位置点以及液穴深度的变化规律进行了实验研究·结果表明 ,随着磁场强度的增大 ,弯液面曲率半径及熔体与结晶器接触高度减小、初凝壳形成位置点降低、液穴深度也随之相应减小 。The surface meniscus, the contact height between melt and mold, the forming position of initial solidified shell as well as sump height height were experimentally investigated on 7075 alloy produced by CREM process with an electromagnetic field with low frequency. The results show that the curvature of surface meniscus and the contact height between melt and mold decreases with the increasing intensity of the electromagnetic field. The sump height decrease accordingly as the result of the forming position of primary solidified shell becoming lower,in the meantime,the quality of surface aspects is also greatly improved.
