摘 要:为了提高双辊铸轧薄带钢工艺中侧封板的使用寿命 ,设计了单独式和组合式的侧封板并对制作侧封板的材料进行了评价·采用抗钢水侵蚀浸蘸实验和铸轧实验 ,观察了侧封板的腐蚀、磨损和裂纹分布规律·利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对侧封板的温度场和热应力场进行了数值模拟 ,比较了不同预热温度条件下的热应力分布规律·结果表明 ,组合式侧封板对铸轧过程的稳定性和改善侧封板的使用寿命效果较好 ,氧化锆质耐火材料制作的侧封板具有较好的综合性能 ,熔融石英侧封板的腐蚀主要是由于SiO2 与钢水中的MnO反应生成低熔点的化合物所致 。In order to prolong the operating life of the side dam during twin roll strip casting,two types of the side dams,made of refractory alone and combined materials were investigated by dipping into molten steel test and by in the cast rolling experiment. Wear,abrade,corrosion and thermal fatigue of the side dams were observed during the tests. Thermal analysis and thermal stress analysis of the side dams were carried out to find the failure cause of the side dam by means of the ANSYS finite analysis software. The distribution of the thermal stress under different preheating couditions was compared. The results show that the combined type side dam has better process stability and can prolong the operating life. Zirconium oxide side dam is the best material among the three tested refractories in combination of properties. The severe corrosion of vitreous silica side dam is mainly caused by the low molting point compound generated by its reaction with the MnO in the molten steel. The cracking and breakage of the side dams are mainly caused by non uniform distribution of thermal stress in them during the roll casting.
