摘 要:本文用单柱离子色谱法测定了碱金属和碱土金属离子 .以草酸为淋洗液测定了碱金属离子 ,确定淋洗液最佳浓度为 4.0 mmol/ L ,并以此淋洗液测定了 L i+、Na+、K+、和 Rb+的检出限及精密度 .以草酸 -乙二胺为淋洗液测定了碱土金属离子 ,确定淋洗液的最佳组成为 0 .5mmol/ L 草酸 -0 .2 5mmol/ L乙二胺 ,测定了 Mg2 +、Ca2 +和 Sr2 +检出限 .方法用于雪样分析 。The determination of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal ions by single-column cation chromatography was described. A cation-exchange column was employed for separation and a conductivity monitor for detection. Alkali metal ions were determined with oxalic acid as eluent. Aldaline earth metal ions were determined with oxalic acid-ethylenediamine as eluent. The effect of the eluent concentration on retention value was studied. The retention value of ions decreased with increasing the eluent concentration. The standard curve and the recoveries of add standard of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal were obtained. The method has been applied to analysis of snow sample with satisfactory result.
