摘　　要：学术能力和非学术能力是大学生、研究生必须具备的两部分能力。二者辩证统一 ,在主体的认识过程中互相作用、互相促进。非学术能力是每一个人成就事业所不可缺少的能力。高等教育要坚持人的全面发展的教育观 ,强调、重视大学生、研究生的非学术能力及其培养 。The academic and non academic abilities are two indispensable abilities to higher education subjects. They are in a dialectical relationship, which support each other in the cognition process of the subjects. The non academic ability is necessary ability in one's career. The ideals should be maintained in the higher education that man should develop fully with an emphasis on the training of non academic ability. This will achieve the harmony between academic ability and non academic ability in the full development.
