摘　　要：文件是一种以语体文为原则的应用文体 ,兼有议论文、说明文、记叙文的一般特点。写作文件最根本的要求 ,是观点鲜明 ,观点、材料统一 ,内容具体明白。在语言运用方面 。Document is a special applied literary form,which is principally prose in the vernacular,with the common characteristics of argumentation,exposition,and narration as well.The prime requirements of documentation are clear points of view,consistency of points and materials,concrete and clear context.There are its own special requirements in the term of linguistic application.
